Instant Ragi Dosa & Ragi Uttappa Recipe(ದಿಢೀರ್ ರಾಗಿ ದೋಸೆ & ರಾಗಿ ಉತ್ತಪ್ಪ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ)

Hello dear readers…

I have already posted many breakfast recipes using Ragi Flour like Ragi Dosa , Ragi Masale Dose , Ragi Uttappa and PadduRagi Rotti… Below have provided recipe for Ragi Dosa and Uttappa which can be made instantly for  breakfast… No need to soak dal, grind , ferment etc…

Instant Ragi dosa recipe::-

Ragi flour – 1 cup
Rice flour – 1/2 cup
Chiroti Rava or Upma Rawa-  1 cup
Sour curd – 1 and 1/4 cup
(Or Cooking Soda- 1/2 tspns)


Mix all the above mentioned ingredients in a mixing bowl to a dosa batter consistency…Keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes… If you feel it’s dry can add a little water … If you are using Upma Rawa soaking time will be 30 minutes…

Heat a tawa and pour a laddle full of batter, spread and make dosas, sprinkle oil and roast on both the sides…


Instant Ragi Uttappa recipe

To the above mentioned dosa batter, add one big chopped onion, two to three grated carrots, one finely chopped capsicum, one tomato, half a tspn jeera, salt, two chopped green chillies, few sprigs of coriander leaves.. Mix all and pour dosas… Here tomato and capsicum are optional , but gives a good taste….
